It is the only village in Summerlin West with a 24-hour staffed guard gate, it was built entirely by Pulte Homes which gives it an architectural consistency that multi-builder villages lack, and its price range from the mid $500,000s to just over $1.1 million makes it the most accessible guard-gated entry point in the western half of the master plan. Spread across 300 elevated acres along the base of the Spring Mountains in zip code 89138, it sits west of the I-215 with Red Rock Canyon roughly ten minutes away and Downtown Summerlin under fifteen.

What the Community Actually Delivers
Pulte designed Reverence with 23 distinct floor plans across nine neighborhoods covering single-story and two-story configurations in styles ranging from Desert Contemporary to Craftsman and Farmhouse. The Monument at Reverence collection offers townhome-style living starting around $500,000, which is one of the only ways to hold a guard-gated Summerlin address at that price point. Larger single-family homes reach 5,000 square feet and above on the community's elevated lots with mountain views. The 16,000-square-foot Clubhouse at Reverence sits within the guard-gated section and includes a resort-style pool, fitness center, and event spaces. The 8-acre Reverence Park adds an amphitheater, walking track, soccer field, playground, and volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts accessible to all residents regardless of their position inside or outside the gate. The HOA structure layers the Summerlin West master fee of $69 per month starting January 2026 on top of a village-level sub-HOA fee that varies by home type and location within the community. Gated sub-sections carry sub-HOA fees typically running $300 to $600 per month combined with the master, while homes in the non-gated portions of Reverence pay considerably less.
