Spanish Trail, one of the oldest guard-gated communities in Las Vegas, was built between 1984 and 2005 across 640 acres and features a 27-hole golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. and a 50,000-square-foot clubhouse. Homes range from older villas to newer custom builds, and the price variation across its different sections gives buyers flexibility depending on their priorities.
